연구목표는 저분자 화합물과 신경성장인자 등 신호전달물질이나 분화관련 유전자를 도입하는 방법 등을 이용하여 사람 성체줄기세포에서 신경세포 및 교세포로의 분화를 조절하는 신호전달 체계를 분석하고, 줄기세포의 신경세포/교세포로의 분화유도와 최적의 분화조건을 확립하는 것입니다.
